Cheaper Transport Options

During event days, although there are many parking lots it will be extremely jam. Please consider taking public transport via the LRT. You can park at nearby LRT stations that have plenty of parking such as LRT Awan Besar, and the Bukit Jalil LRT station will just be 2 stops away.

Plan your journey ahead with the opening and closing schedule of the LRT trains. If it’s a late night event, it’s very likely the train schedule will be extended past midnight, such as for the football match below. So keep an eye out on RapidKL’s official social media announcements.

  1. July 13 2024, The Parking was asking for RM 30 per entry. Can you imagine? I bet the event attendence is affected by such parking rates.

    1. Alamak that’s crazy! Was this for the Dignity for Children event? RM30 is very high. Hope they have some guidelines on set parking rates. Thank you for the update. I’ll add on to the article for people to refer to as well.

  2. Can i know why the parking rate per entry today (26/07/2024) was Rm 5 where, it is usual Rm 2 per entry? Can anybody advice me on this?

    1. Hi Kugan, as mentioned above in the article, RM2 is the usual parking rate with no special events. If there are events, the organizers tend to increase the price. Unfortunately, they don’t announce this publicly beforehand and there’s no proper way to know the actual price unless you visit on the actual day itself.
